*When purchasing an item you will only be able to use funds or Operation Points. You are not able to use both to pay for the same item.
Featured Items are given premium exposure on our main page, and they are the first thing anyone sees when visiting OPSkins.com.
When you list an item privately your item will not show up on OPSkins search or browse pages. This is a great option if you have a pre-arranged deal and want to use OPSkins as a middle man without the possibility of someone else purchasing the item. You can get the URL to your private listing by going to your account page and clicking the name of the item under 'Item Sales'
Your trade URL is needed so that the bot can send you trade offers without being on your friends list. Your trade URL MUST match your Steam account used on OPSkins, or you will not get any trades.
You can only edit the price of a item if our bot is currently holding it, and it has not been sold already.
You may only change your item price 10 times per day.
Give your items premium exposure.
If you decide you no longer want to sell your item, and have it returned to you.
You may cashout your wallet funds via PayPal or Bitcoin on the Cashout page under your name. The minimum cashout is $5.00 USD. You will only be shown the available cashout options based on how much you have in your wallet, so if you have less than $5.00 you will not see any cashout options. We offer two types of PayPal cashouts: one-hour cashouts which are sent to your PayPal account in an hour or less, and standard cashouts which are issued 4-7 days after they are requested. One-hour cashouts will be assessed a 5% fee. Bitcoin cashouts are issued 4-7 days after they are requested, and they require your account to be whitelisted.
You must have a whitelisted account to cashout to Bitcoin or to make large PayPal deposits. This is necessary to prevent fraud. We offer options that do not require whitelisting. If you do not want to be whitelisted for deposits, you can use PayPal offered through G2A Pay, or any other payment method listed on the Add Funds page. If you do not want to be whitelisted for bitcoin cashouts, you can cashout to PayPal instead. To become an OPSkins whitelisted customer, visit your account page and complete the "Billing Information" and "Whitelisting Information" sections, then submit a whitelisting request to the ID Verification support department.
We strongly recommend that you enable 2-Factor Authentication on your OPSkins account, as this will help to keep your account as safe as possible. Two-factor authentication (2FA) protects your account by requiring a unique code from an app on your mobile device every time you sign in to OPSkins. You will need to download a free 2FA app on your phone. 2FA apps are available for Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone. Visit your Account Page > Account Settings > Account Security > Enable Two-Factor Authentication. Then, use your 2FA mobile app to scan the barcode that appears and follow the instructions to enter your verification code.
There are two types of trade holds that your items can be in: a Steam trade hold which affects every game, or a Daybreak trade lock which only affects H1Z1. To avoid a Steam trade hold, you must have a Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled on your Steam account. You can read more about Steam trade holds here. H1Z1 trade locks apply to any H1Z1 item listed for sale, and last seven days. You can view H1Z1 items that are still in the trade hold period by visiting your Account Page > Item Listings and Sales > filter by Awaiting Pickup.
OPSkins offers different payment options to suit a variety of user's payment preferences. Each payment processor has their own unique fee structure. Any applicable fees will be displayed when you complete your payment.
Trade offers are sent instantly. If your trade offer takes longer than 15 minutes from the time you checked out or placed an item for sale, please send in a Support Ticket.
Premium subscriptions are a way for you to essentially "buy down" your CS:GO commission, and get some other perks along the way. A premium subscription gives you:
Seller fees are calculated at purchase time. If you currently have items on sale and you upgrade to premium, your items will automatically be calculated to the new percentage when they are sold. The same rule applies if your subscription runs out.
Free Featured status does not mean you get to pick any $1000 knife on the front page each month and get it for free. "Featured" means that the $3.00 surcharge is waived when you want to "Feature" your item.
When an item is listed at least 15% below the suggested price, and the suggested price is at least $5.00, the item will be exclusively available to users with a Buyers Club subscription for five minutes. Members of the Buyers Club may only purchase one item matching this criteria per day. The limit can be increased by purchasing further Buyers Club subscriptions (they stack!).
If you purchase a Buyers Club item and decide to refund the item, it will not count against your daily Buyers Club limit.
The Buyers Club helps to eliminate bots from sniping the best deals before real users get a chance. Anyone caught botting buyers club items will be permanently banned without warning.
Market prices are based off of the median sale price of the market.
If an item is marked as "Missing From Your Inventory," then Steam didn't report to us that we received the item, but Steam could not find it in your inventory. This can happen if you trade the item away, modify it, or if an error occurs when accepting the trade. Please check if the item is still in your inventory. If it is, please re-list it. If it is not still in your inventory, please contact support.
G2A Pay will sometimes decline payments after they are paid. This is not within our control, and you will need to contact G2A Pay directly for more information if this happens. If your payment is declined, G2A Pay will issue a full refund. However, due to how the global financial system works, this refund may take up to seven business days to appear in your account.
This error means that your payment was declined by G2A Pay. We don't control this aspect of the transaction, so you will need to contact G2A Pay directly for more information.
The user is in control of their OPSkins wallet funds. Funds are not owned by OPSkins, and users can cashout or refund their wallet funds as desired, according to the following limitations and policies:
Canadian law requires OPSkins to collect sales tax from Canadian customers on behalf of the Canadian government. Previously, taxes were collected from Canadian customers on the purchase of OP Points. Now that we've changed the site so that items are transacted in USD instead of OP Points, we are no longer collecting sales tax on the purchase of Wallet Funds. Instead, effective as of 3/26/16, sales tax will be collected from Canadian customers on the following transactions:
The tax rate varies based on your province. Customers will be charged the following sales tax rates:
These taxes are collected by OPSkins on behalf of the Canadian government. This does not constitute additional fees charged by OPSkins, we are merely required to collect the tax amount and send it to the Canadian government in accordance with Canadian tax law.
For example: If you are a resident of New Brunswick province, you purchase a Premium Member Subscription, and sell an item on OPSkins for $20 USD, OPSkins will collect from you a total of $0.91 USD in sales tax ($0.78 tax on the subscription, and $0.13 tax on the commission of the sale)
If you are a resident of Quebec, you are a regular member (without a subscription), and sell an item on OPSkins for $50 USD, OPSkins will collect from you a total of $0.75 USD in sales tax (a $50 sale x 10% commission = $5 commission. Tax rate of 14.975% charged on $5 = $0.75)
If you are a resident of the United States, you purchase a Premium Member Subscription, and sell an item for $300, OPSkins will collect $0 in sales tax because you are not Canadian.
Users of all countries besides Canada will see a checkbox on their account page that requires users to indicate whether or not they are responsible to pay Canadian taxes. In order to avoid problems with your account and delays with your purchases, ensure that the box is checked if you are not Canadian resident.
